About Main Gerrard Housing Co-op

The Main-Gerrard Housing Co-op is a member-run community in the Upper Beaches area of Toronto. Our co-op was started in 1974.

There are over one hundred households in our community. We have single people in bachelors and one bedrooms and families in two and three bedroom apartments and duplexes on Main Street and Enderby Road off Gerrard Street. Our community is close to TTC, Go Transit, schools and community centers.
